Mobile Distillery is holding a free half-day training seminar on Celsius, our flagship application development framework and production system, in Silicon Valley on Thursday, April 9th, the week after CTIA.
Mobile Distillery S.A. is an industry leader in mobile application development solutions. We enable corporations and IT companies to easily manage the development of fully featured mobile applications for both mass market feature phones, as well as highend smartphones. (www.mobile-distillery.com)
We will be showing the latest version of Celsius, version 5.5. Based on our exclusive Parametric Development® architecture, the Celsius framework allows you to easily develop mobile applications from a single set of Java ME source code to produce optimized builds for the widest range of handsets worldwide.
New capabilities in Celsius v5.5 include:
- An optimized and intuitive UI offering the power of Celsius to a broader community of developers, with advanced features such as snapshot camera, touchscreen and video-audio streaming.
- Cross platform capabilities enabling JavaME-to-iPhone translation and JavaME-to-Android translation, (complementing our existing Java ME, BREW and Windows Mobile modules)
- Four new modules exploiting upcoming advanced capabilities in mass market handsets: Near Field Communication (NFC); Security via Bouncy Castle cryptography; Payment Services via Neocom technology; and Location Based Services (LBS).
SPECIAL OFFER FOR ATTENDEES!!!
At the end of the session, everyone attending the training will receive a discount coupon which will get you a 20% discount on your initial Celsius seat license for a full six months.

Dear Mobile
Distillery Training Attendees,
If you so
desire, this Thursday at the training event you can have the opportunity to
practice with the Celsius mobile application framework “hands on” in the
session.
The hands on
practice is NOT mandatory, but we will need those of you interested in doing
this to show up early, so we can install Celsius on your laptop and give you a
trial license. There will be free WiFi in the room so you’ll be able to get
online.
Laptop
Requirements:
Your machine
should have either Windows XP (recommended) with a minimum 1 Gig of RAM, or
Window Vista with a minimum of 2 Gigs of RAM. Also, if you have a Vista
